The location of the hotel is good - it is a walking distance away from the city center and the beach. The area is nice, the hotel is surrounded by old villas. The apartment had a kitchen and and a washing machine, good things if you are traveling with small children.
The hotel screwed up our reservation. We booked our room 6 months prior to our arrival in order to ensure that we get a room with a balcony. When we arrived at the hotel we found out that there was no balcony in our apartment. The hotel was not able to explain how this had happened and as we were traveling during the high season there were no rooms with balcony available anymore. Parking in the garage is relatively expensive (10€/day). Even though we were traveling in July we were always able to find a parking spot on the street in front of the hotel.

Excellent park view. Location close to the sea and to the old town. Huge balcony and apartment. Well equipped kitchen.
Balconies are not isolated well, so every neighbours' sound is close. Some people park their bikes in front of the balcony and spoil the view. Room cleaning is not properly done sometimes. The glass building needs clean walls and windows, but they are covered with dirty rain traces. Air-conditioning is not quite good.

Nice and spacious room. Very suitable for the famIly travellers.
A little smell of concrete (or smth else) from the construction materials (?)was in the room ... We had no need to pay extra 10e/day for the carage as there were places easily available at the front of apartments. Bring your own soap.

Our apartment, #9 on the ground floor, was very spacious and had a well equipped kitchen with oven, stove top, fridge/freezer etc plus a quiet leafy outlook, only a few steps from the beach.
The apartment was not very clean. We were told that if we wanted English language news TV eg CNN or BBC we had to pay for it so we paid them 10 euros. However the only English channels we could get were cartoons and MTV. We could get a multiplicity of Russian channels plus one with Portuguese. We had to complain before they gave us our money back on check out as they had been unable to get anyone to fix it.
